The ULS ticket tracking (UTT) feature adds ULS groups as notification destinations. Previously, you could only use e-mail addresses as notification destinations.
ULS can generate notifications, based on the value monitoring and occuring violations of defined thresholds. You may specify an ULS ticket target as notification destination and in case of a threshold violation a ticket will be generated and assigned to the defined ULS ticket target.
All ULS users that are members of a group that belongs to a ULS ticket target can access a list of open tickets, take one into work, enter solution texts, upload files for documentation or further analysis and close it when solved.
Escalation of left-behind tickets is subject to a later release.
